Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions explain AIMAITES Ltd. and our affiliate terms for using AITutoring.me, PROTutoring.me, PROTeaching.me, websites, mobile applications and related services.

  • By accessing or using the services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
  • You must be at least 13 years old for a student or parent account and at least 18 for a tutor account.
  • You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and not to violate laws, engage in harmful activity, or interfere with the operation of the service.

Tutor Eligibility

For a tutor account you must be over 18, confirm you have the right to work in the UK, not already have a tutor account on any of our Platforms, never have been convicted of a criminal offence, be able to provide an enhanced DBS, and agree that students introduced through the Platforms will have lessons booked through our booking system.

Accounts, Content And Liability

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for providing accurate and complete information during registration.

All service content, including text, graphics, logos and software, is the property of AIMAITES or its licensors. User-generated content remains owned by the user, who grants us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce and display that content as needed for the service.

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
