Updated 20 April 2025. This policy explains how AIMAITES Ltd. and our affiliate process Tuition Data and Personal Data for AITutoring.me, PROTutoring.me, PROTeaching.me, websites, mobile applications and related services.

  • Personal Data means information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, such as name, address, telephone number or email address.
  • We collect client data, visitor data, account registration data, transaction information, support information, lesson recordings for safeguarding, audio/video used to improve services and whiteboard usage data.
  • We process data to deliver and improve services, fulfil orders, manage accounts, provide support, comply with legal obligations and safeguard users on the platform.

Data Sharing And Controls

The Platforms integrate with third-party APIs, including Mathpix and ElevenLabs, to enhance handwritten text recognition and text-to-voice. User images and relevant documents may be sent to these systems to generate answers shown in the app. Third-party service providers have a data retention policy of up to 30 days and do not use your data for training.

Users can opt out of automated marking image collection, digital twin data use, video/audio processing and account data collection through platform settings or by emailing info@ai-tutoring.me.

Children

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child has provided information without consent, they should contact safeguarding@ai-tutoring.me.
